This policy explains how JAMz AI Connect collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you use our website, web app, mobile experiences and support channels (the “Service”). JAMz AI is headquartered in Dahisar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
1. Who this policy applies to
It applies to casting professionals, team members, talent, applicants, clients and visitors whose information is processed through the Service. Your organisation may be responsible for information it uploads about others; JAMz AI processes that information to provide the Service.
2. Information we process
- Account and contact data: name, email address, phone number, role and profile details.
- Google Sign-In data: if you sign in with Google, we receive only the OpenID identifier, basic profile information and email address made available through the
openid,profileandemailscopes. - Casting workspace data: project, role, application, profile, audition, shortlist, client-sharing and communication information that authorised users add.
- Technical and support data: device, log, security, diagnostic and correspondence information needed to operate, secure and support the Service.
3. Why we use data
- To create and secure accounts, provide the casting workspace and respond to support requests.
- To maintain the Service, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents and comply with legal obligations.
- To send essential service, security and policy communications.
- When enabled, to provide requested AI-assisted features. We do not use Google Sign-In profile or email data for advertising.
4. Google user data
Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate you and establish your JAMz AI account. JAMz AI does not request access to Google Contacts, Drive, Calendar or Gmail for sign-in. We do not sell Google user data, use it for interest-based advertising, or allow it to be used for those purposes. We disclose Google user data only as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, investigate security incidents, or with your direction or consent.
If our Google scopes or use of Google user data materially changes, we will update this policy and provide any required in-product notice before that change takes effect.
5. Sharing and processors
We may share data with service providers that help operate the Service, including cloud hosting, authentication, security, analytics, communications and AI providers. They may process data only for documented service purposes and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We may also disclose data for a valid legal request, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication controls, logging and role-based access where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep account access confidential and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or personal data by emailing jamz.techconnect@gmail.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. We may ask to verify the request and may retain limited information where required by law or for security, fraud-prevention and backup-management purposes.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, update of or deletion of personal data; withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing; and raise a grievance. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
9. India DPDP and international users
JAMz AI aims to process digital personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including notice, consent where required, reasonable security safeguards and a grievance channel. Where other privacy laws apply, we will handle requests under the applicable requirements. This policy does not replace an organisation’s own obligations as a controller or data fiduciary for information it uploads to the Service.
10. Children and policy changes
The Service is for business use and is not directed at children. Organisations must not upload a child’s personal data unless they have all permissions required by applicable law. We may update this policy from time to time; the revised date above shows when it was last changed.
